We ensure every saree is carefully packed and quality-checked. Due to the nature of ethnic and occasion wear, we follow a strict no-return policy. Please go through the details below:


🚫 No Returns – Only Exchange for Wrong Item

We do not accept returns under any condition. However, an exchange is possible only if the wrong saree is delivered, under the following conditions:


Exchange Conditions

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear, uninterrupted video of the parcel being opened is required.
  • The video must begin before the parcel is unsealed.
  • It should clearly show the shipping label, the entire unwrapping process, and the wrong item received.
  • Any video that is edited, blurry, or starts after the parcel is opened will not be accepted.
  1. Timeframe to Report

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Item Condition

  • The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • No exchange will be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or altered.
  1. Eligible for Exchange Only If:

  • A completely different product was received (e.g., wrong color, design, or fabric).
  • The saree is damaged or defective, and it is visible in the unboxing video.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • If the correct item was sent but you want to return it for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, size issue, change of mind).
  • slight Color differences due to lighting, camera, or screen display
  • If the unboxing video is not provided.
  • If the complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery.
